The outbound smtp service is powered by DuoCircle.com, we provide smtp smarthosting and mailhop services worldwide. We have high performace mail servers located in the USA and in Europe.

To protect against abuse and spam you can only send from a domain that you are the verified owner. The SPF policies of large commerical ISP’s require you to send mail via their mail servers.

ABSOLUTELY, you are welcome to use the system if your IP is blacklisted from sending emails, we will validate your domain credentials, DKIM and SPF records are in place and you’ll be able to send email. This is especially helpful if your network was exploited or had a virus and now you are unable to send emails.

We rate limit and protect against outbound email spam. If your account becomes compromised we will defer that sending of additional messages until you have cleaned up the sending machine

Once your account has been provisioned you’ll need to update your SPF records in your DNS control panel. Updating your settings typically takes less than 10 minutes.

Cancel at any time, we only want happy clients. For your convenience we offer both monthly and annual plans and our annual plans receive a 20% discount. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time with no further obligation

We activate all of our accounts instantly. After you sign up you will have to update your DNS records with an SPF entry to verify that you own the domain that you are attempting to send from. You can optionally setup DKIM and DMARC records for your domain for better inbox placement.

We offer pro-rated refunds on annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions that are canceled will not renew the following month.
